Declaration COVID-19

Dear customers, 

COVID- 19 has now been declared a pandemic, which means that Czech Republic as a country and Pilana Group as responsible company must take certain precautions to protect our people and their families. At the same time, we must evaluate the potential risk in our supply chain and how this can impact our business.

Pilana Group will still be fully operational and open to receive orders from you, also in the weeks to come, so there will be no change in our ability to handle shipments to our customers. Many office employees are currently working from home where it is possible to limit the number of necessary people on site, but we are still fully reachable through normal channels on phone, email, we make video conferences etc. In order to protect our employees and in the next level also our customers, we have instructed our employees on site handling goods to wear gloves, as we understand that virus can stick to surfaces, such as transported goods, for up to 48-72 hours. We expect our suppliers to do the same to protect all people in this difficult situation.

In case of situation change due to government restrictions we will immediately inform you.
